An Interview @Work

I had the honour and pleasure to be interviewed by writer and movement practitioner Maria Meindl for her podcast @Work. Maria is an innovator and long-standing member of the Toronto literary community, founder of Draft Reading Series, and now shares her research on the history of wellness and fitness methods in a series of participatory talks called The Work: Straight Talk on Craft and Method. The podcast @Work brings this conversation into the present to “talk to contemporary artists of all kinds about their personal approach to craft and method.” You can listen to (or watch) our conversation about my interdisciplinary approach to this creative life here.
