When the sky mirrors itself
As I write on the cold and blustery last day of November, I look forward to turning the corner into December tomorrow. I am excited to share this preview of a new turn in #skyproject — Sky Mandalas. It has been such a thrill to discover these almost sacred images, emerging out of the durational photographic project of more than 1300 days of sky — more developments soon!
December 2022
One more month, and only six more yoga classes this year! These classes are a great way to take good care of yourself, as the days shorten and we approach Winter Solstice and the holiday season. You can still purchase a 5-class Autumn Pass (with a little discount), or join me on a drop-in basis. I do recommend you book with me, or sign up with Mosaic Yoga, ahead of time, as classes have been filling up.
(Please note: Autumn Passes will only apply to my classes this month: December 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, and 17.)
New in January 2023!
I am delighted to announce that I will be leading three weekly classes at Mosaic Yoga Studio beginning in January! Mosaic is growing and I am thrilled to be on their regular schedule. Booking is not yet live on their website, but will be soon…I’ll make an announcement when booking is set up.
In the meantime, here’s the plan:
Thursdays 12–1:15 pm — Gentle Rope Wall
Fridays 6:45–7:45 pm — Inspired Reset / Restorative
Sundays 12–1 pm — Rope Wall
