October Retreat

suspect our jangled nervous systems will be more than ready for some extra care in the last week of this stormy month! Join me and Chameleon Yoga for our second online mini-retreat:

Monday to Friday, October 26—30, 2020
8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. (ET)

Following the pattern of the August mini-retreat, our practice is simple — a brief greeting, a poem or short reading, then a 20 minute sit each morning. Let's bring the sweet warmth and support of community practice into our homes, as a balm for our hearts and minds.

Contact me for more information or register here. Join us for all the days you can! If you have been trying to seat a daily practice, this short, focused commitment is enough to set new patterns.

Prepare your space

Choose a place which you can return to each morning. Make this a place you will be happy to come back to, your simple refuge, ready to cradle you in your practice. It doesn't need to be fancy—just welcoming!

This retreat is offered in a spirit of generosity. Consider the value of the practice to you, and what feels right to give in your circumstances. This is dana.
No-one will be turned away for lack of funds.
