the gifts of summer

So quickly this July is flying! And so many friends literally flying, springing free, outbound on wings of metal, after these strange years of such restricted movement. It is a gift to move freely when we have felt bound. We are like butterflies bravely (or casually, or tentatively) emerging from the muffling cocoon. And we have been flying like butterflies at the yoga studio, and resting, releasing, self-nourishing. It is such a joy to practice together!

In August I will pause my teaching schedule to bask in the gift of summer, my birthday season, a time to play and write and make art, and soak in the blueness of sky, the green of trees.

I am excited to resume classes in September — watch for updates! In the meantime, we have two more opportunities to practice together before the pause: this Saturday for Restorative, and next Thursday for Rope-wall.

Sign up here, or through Mosaic Yoga Studio.

This Thursday morning, July 28, is the last restorative rope-wall class at Mosaic Yoga in Toronto for the summer. Gentle, slow, accessible AND FUN. If you’ve been meaning to try it, just come!

I wish you replenishment in this season
exactly as you need.
