Transitions, Stones, Metamorphoses
Autumn is just around the corner and with it comes transitions, returns, metamorphoses…
On September 23 — mere hours into the new season — the latest issue of White Wall Review will launch in Toronto. WWR54 includes my visual poem “I am here for the stones and we are glad you are listening.” I will speak briefly about this art/poem & process at the launch party, which is open to the public. I’d love to see you there!

On the theme of return, I am happy to announce my fall teaching schedule begins at Mosaic Yoga Studio this week. Meditation with chanting and kriya yoga resumes at a new time, tucked right into a Wednesday evening. Treat yourself to both rope-wall and meditation for a mid-week boost! Friday’s popular Reset/Restore resumes this week as well for a delicious end to the week or start to the weekend — endings, beginnings — liminal zones are so rich!
Autumn 2025 TEACHING SCHEDULE:

Wednesday 6 pm Rope Wall Yoga (75 min)

Also at Mosaic, and approaching fast — a 20-hour Rope-Wall Training which will run over two weekends: October 25/26 and November 1/2, noon-5pm each day. The cost is $650 and class size is limited to 12 participants for an intimate and generous learning environment. It’s an accessible, joyful, transformative form of practice I am deeply honoured to share. If you know anyone who might be interested, please point them to details and registration at Mosaic or contact me.
P.S. Did you know I have a newsletter to accompanies this blog? I write mostly about yoga, art, and philosophy and new things to share. Newsletter subscribers get all the news first…
