Autumn is just around the corner and with it comes transitions, returns, metamorphoses…
On September 23 — mere hours into the new season — the latest issue of White Wall Review will launch in Toronto. WWR54 includes a visual poem of mine. I will speak briefly about this art/poem & process at the launch party, which is open to the public. I’d love to see you there!
May 6 Workshop: Rope-wall Inversions
In this 2-hour workshop, we will explore inversions such as headstand, handstand, and shoulder-stand, using the rope wall to make the benefits of these poses accessible to practitioners at any level of experience. This workshop will provide opportunities to become comfortable with, or deepen into, these expansive, joyful, liberating poses.

For the month of September, the meditation circle which I lead has been working with a metaphor practice:
body as mountain
breath as the sea
sky — mind
This is an invitation to think / sense / feel into these archetypes of the natural world, to contemplate their qualities and notice how our embodied experience might echo them. The imagery is boundless, but we can start from here…
