A seasonal note to you this morning — welcome Monday and a very full moon! This is my last week of classes at Mosaic Yoga Studio before a quiet rest over the holiday season. We are so close now to Winter!

Join me tonight for our last meditation session of the year at 7:30pm at Mosaic Yoga Studio, also online. We have been chanting, doing a little free writing, and enjoying a time of sweet and open community. All are welcome!

Winter Solstice Walk
On the first day of Winter: December 21 at noon.
Walking meditation is a beautiful way to shift a state of mind, linking body and breath naturally. All the elements work together to support a centred state of ease. It will be cold! Dress for the weather.
The High Park labyrinth is west of the dog off-leash area, and north of Grenadier Restaurant. Meet me at the path from the north side of the restaurant’s parking lot by 3:50 pm; or find us at the labyrinth by 4pm.
